Updates to CTSM5 Substitution List

EXHIBITORLIVE 2025 Call for Speakers and Session Ideas

Please consider submitting one or more proposals to speak or session ideas for EXHIBITORLIVE 2025 San Antonio, TX to be held 1 pm on Sunday, March 16 through 12 pm on Thursday, March 20, 2025. Complete submissions will be accepted through Friday, July 12, 2024, and notifications will be sent by Friday, September 27, 2024.

To ensure a fresh and engaging agenda, we are looking for new topics and new speakers. In 2025, we will include:
  • New sessions that provide insights on the latest trends, new products/technologies as well as practical solutions to common challenges (collected from the EXHIBITORLIVE 2024 overall conference evaluation respondents)
  • Sessions that received exceptional evaluations in the past and cover current, relevant content
  • Required CTSM sessions

Call for Proposals

We will prioritize submissions that are directly applicable to attendees' work, focusing on real-world applications and innovations that can significantly impact their day-to-day operations and strategic planning. In addition, we value proposals that engage session participants through small group exercises, hands-on activities, and other interactive elements.

Deadlines to Be Recognized at EXHIBITORLIVE 2025 Graduate Celebration

CTSM enrollees who have passed their CTSM exam and are working on their portfolio must submit their completed portfolio by November 15, 2024, to be considered for the EXHIBITORLIVE 2025 Graduate Celebration to be held on Monday, March 17, 2025. This allows time for portfolios to be reviewed, feedback provided, and portfolio revision(s) submitted.

CTSM enrollees who are working towards their Diamond level upgrade must submit their completed application by January 17, 2025, to be considered for the EXHIBITORLIVE 2025 Graduate Celebration.

The CTSM Diamond level upgrade is a prestigious recognition for CTSM graduates who further their professional development and actively contribute to the CTSM program, Exhibitor Group events and the event/tradeshow marketing industry. As the CTSM program continues to thrive, we're excited to announce updates to the Diamond application, required coursework and professional contribution points.
